US cash cattle trade remains
untested but packer interest is improving as the day progresses and bids
are slightly stronger than yesterday, but still below asking prices and
last week's trade. Bids are currently reported at $123.00 live and
$196.00-$198.00 dressed while asking prices are at $126.00 live and
$203.00-$205.00 dressed. (last week's sales were from $199-$200 dressed
and at $124 live.) Business should surface at any time. |
